Regarding the Conduct of the 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Term Educational Activities

Due to the Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquake, in accordance with the decisions taken at the meeting of our University Senate dated 31.03. The education and training processes to be implemented in the continuation of the 2023 academic year spring semester were discussed.

At the end of the meeting; For the Spring Semester of the 2022-2023 Academic Year,

1-) In the graduate programs of our institute, education and training will be implemented as face-to-face and distance education (hybrid) in classrooms without the obligation of attendance as of April 3, 2023,

2-) Examinations such as thesis monitoring, proficiency, thesis/project defense can be made through face-to-face or distance education opportunities, as was practiced before,

3-) Spring semester midterm exams will be held online with distance education methods based on the principle of "transparency and auditability",

4) Final exams are to be re-evaluated and decided in the future.

5-) Updating the course schedules and announcing them on the Institute website as of 03.04.2023.

It was decided unanimously by the attendees of the meeting.
